Community Reinvestment Program

We are currently seeking proposals related to Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) with an emphasis on Health Equity and addressing social risk factors.
To help us fulfill our mission to make health care easier, so life can be better, the Community Reinvestment Program provides philanthropic support to community-based organizations to improve access to both high-quality medical care and community-based services which address the social risk factors of health.
We will make community reinvestment funding available to organizations based on internally established priorities related to the health and wellbeing of our members and the communities we serve.
