AHCCCS Pandemic Flexibilities Ending

Courtesy reminder: AHCCCS PA and CR Standard Flexibilities for the PHE are ending!

This is a courtesy reminder that certain flexibilities around prior authorization and concurrent review standards for AHCCCS health plans will be changing, effective 4/15/21. All services reimbursed must be medically necessary, cost-effective, federally and state reimbursable, and will be subject to post-payment review. These notices are not all inclusive and it is highly encouraged that providers refer to the AHCCCS website for full details on these flexibilities!
