AHCCCS HCBS Rules Forum

AHCCCS invites you to attend the Community Forums on Updates to Arizona's Plan for CMS Home and Community Based Services (HCBS Rules).
AHCCCS is hosting forums reviewing updates to the State Transition Plan after preliminary approval has been granted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). HCBS rules ensure individuals receiving HCBS are integrated into their communities and have full access to the benefits of community living. These changes will impact ALTCS members receiving services in residential and non-residential settings. The State Transition Plan outlines the standards for all settings to come into compliance by March 2022. AHCCCS will be taking input and questions regarding the changes.
