NAMI is conducting a statewide survey! This survey focuses on the children’s behavioral health service system within our Medicaid program.
Our Medicaid system has gone through a lot of changes since October 1, 2018. It’s important that families are getting the right help when in need. Your feedback will help towards the research of families' resources and needs.
The survey will take about 3-5 minutes of your time.
