Electronic Visit Verification System

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FROM MEMBERS, FAMILIES AND ADVOCACY ORGANIZATIONS.

AHCCCS is hosting forums for members, families and representatives from advocacy organizations to obtain input on the design and implementation of an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) System. 
During the community forums, AHCCCS will walk through the proposed plans for EVV in Arizona and take public comment. 

Members, family members and representatives from advocacy organizations may also submit comments directly to AHCCCS at any time during the public comment period.

The deadline for responses is March 12, 2018. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. Surveys are automatically saved and respondents can complete a portion of a survey and return later to finish the rest. Please visit the AHCCCS webpage to access the survey link under the “Request for Information” sub-heading. Additionally, AHCCCS has provided a copy of the survey in a PDF format to support respondents  in preparing to complete the survey.

AHCCCS has created a Constant Contact email notification list to communicate updates on recent developments for Home and Community Based Services’ initiatives such as the EVV initiative. AHCCCS encourages anyone (members, families, advocates, service providers, etc.) interested in the EVV initiative, such as opportunities for public comment, to sign up to receive communication.
